Pause Your Account

We know that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans and a well needed break is just what the doctor ordered.

Take advantage of our pause feature and put your account on hold for as long as you like to ensure that you don't lose access to the amazing features inside SGS (plus all your hard work! 🥵). And... when you pause your account you will also keep your existing price plan when you return.

You can choose a specific pause period OR you can pause it indefinitely until you're ready to return. Once your pause period is over, your subscription will restart and you will regain access to all of the features inside SGS for the same price as you have today.

Please note: Once you submit this form your subscription will be transferred to our on-hold amount of £5/month. During the on-hold period you will lose access to your account. Access will only be re-gained once your SGS subscription is re-activated. If you are unsure on the time that you need, please select 'unspecified'.

If the on-hold payment fails, it must be made right within 14 days or you may lost access to your account indefinitely. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
